a few major things about this blog & my portayal:

while she still has a place in her heart for noxus? while she takes pride in her former self? she views herself as having no true home anymore. and she will find peace and freedom and herself in her self-imposed exile, in her nomadism. she misses her home, but now her home is the whole of runeterra… her goal is to find herself, to explore and understand not simply the sociopolitical landscape of the world she is in, but to find herself and her place within it.

she helps people in her path ; she grows ; she becomes: riven.

war is still in her blood. fighting is in her blood. that is all so much a part of her… but protecting people is something that is bubbling to the surface in a very different manner than it had when she was so very noxian. the war will never quite leave her mind, it still haunts her, but that is inescapable.

in her long journey, she has cut herself off from so much that she knew… her past becoming a memory. breaking her sword. refraining magic as much as she can. training. exploring. lost in that she was presumed dead, found in that she is discovering herself as independent of any regional loyalty. her future is as open wide as the deserts of shurima ; as free and wild as the jungles of kumungu.
